Wonderful staff attitudes and customer service every time I book my Mazda car in! Being someone who knows little about car mechanics and servicing, I find I am always confident in their advice and care. I've never had a problem with my vehicle following a service and the life of my car is going exceedingly well since I moved mechanics. Thank you Pace Auto Werks West Perth. I highly recommend using their team.

Owners and techs with great knowledge of European manufacturers. Excellent customer service. Great service going the extra mile to make sure your car is safe for your daily travels. Been to Pace several times for logbook service as well as to diagnose and repair/replace any faults. Conveniently located, just off the freeway on Newcastle Street. Would also be good if Pace offered a courtesy loan car for the or a courtesy drop off (I think they already do!) for clients without transport after dropping off their cars for service. Overall great service and I have already recommended friends and family to pay Pace a visit if they have any issues with their European cars. Cheers Kim & Simon!

Would highly recommend Pace Autowerks. My family have been taking our cars to Pace for years and have never been disappointed. The customer service is 10/10. Kim is friendly and takes the time to explain everything. Thanks again to the whole team @ Pace!

Have been taking my car to Pace for about 7-8 years now. 2012 328i. I’ve found the service and quality of work to be spot on every time. Never try and rip you off and always give honest advice. Cars always maintained in great condition. Would definitely recommend and keep using.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! If I could give twelve stars, I would. The service is thorough, super professional and well-priced. These people are pros, they know what they are talking abut and they know what they are doing. My car is a long way from inexpensive, and I am super confident that these guys look after my asset. They are enthusiasts, and super competent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Can thoroughly recommend these people 100%. As an ex business owner in the automotive I’m a firm believer in top notch customer service and the team have it in spades!! I required a new key and programming for my 2004 Porsche 911 Turbo so rang them. Within 10 minutes they called me back with a we have a contact who can do it . Now let me stress it’s not a straightforward request and was waiting for sorry but you need to go to the dealer. They came up trumps and new key supplied and programmed by a very knowledgeable person. Had a lovely chat and a coffee whilst it Was being done also 😃. I had a two hour drive but totally worth it and will definitely use them in the future. Fantastic work guys 😁
